Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation rights, refundable amounts and any performance-related remedies are governed by the signed service agreement and the applicable service order. Please review those documents before paying an invoice.

To request a cancellation, raise a delivery concern or request a refund, email support@rheophirinc.com with your order reference, a description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting. We will review the request against the agreed scope, delivery records and contractual terms.

Eligibility and any refundable balance can depend on the work already completed or published, the work remaining, and non-cancellable creator or other third-party commitments, as provided in your agreement. Agreed remedies for undelivered services or performance targets apply only on the terms and conditions in that agreement.

There is no universal campaign-performance guarantee or blanket no-refund rule on this website. Any agreed refund amount, method and timing will follow the applicable contract and the confirmed resolution of the request.

These summaries do not replace your signed agreement or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Services are digital, so physical-product returns do not apply.
